Counselling

ISGL is committed to the mental and emotional well-being of its students, providing a comprehensive counselling and coaching framework on campus. We encourage students to proactively seek personalised advice and support as needed throughout their academic journey.

Our counselling team works in seamless collaboration with academic faculty, administrative personnel, and department heads, aiming to address and resolve any challenges that may hinder a student's progress or affect their overall experience at ISGL. This integrated approach ensures a supportive environment conducive to academic and personal development.

A key feature of our support system is the 'buddy' program, designed to ease the transition for new students. Through this initiative, newcomers are paired with senior students who can offer insights into both campus life and city living, sharing valuable tips on academics and lifestyle.

For students requiring specialised support, ISGL may engage external counselling professionals to ensure that all student needs are comprehensively met. Students seeking counselling services are encouraged to contact the Student Counsellor to schedule an appointment. Additionally, faculty or staff members may, with a student's consent, refer them to our counselling services to facilitate access to the necessary support.

At ISGL, we prioritise a holistic educational experience, recognising the importance of mental health and well-being in achieving academic excellence and personal growth.
