IT

At ISGL, the Information Technology Services (ITS) is dedicated to providing a state-of-the-art, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure tailored to meet the needs of our student community. Understanding the importance of digital privacy, ITS upholds the confidentiality of student files and communications. However, to ensure the integrity of our network and compliance with institutional policies, we reserve the right to review files and directories when necessary, particularly in instances suggesting security risks or unauthorised activities.

Operational Hours

ITS is available to support students from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. To maintain a clean and functional environment, food and beverages are not permitted within the ITS facilities.

Campus Wi-Fi and Internet Use

Wi-Fi access is seamlessly integrated across all ISGL campuses, facilitating a connected learning experience. Students are encouraged to use this resource responsibly, focusing on academic and research activities. The downloading of music, videos, games, movies, or any material that is illegal or unethical is strictly prohibited.

Data Usage Policy

Each student is allocated 500 MB of free internet usage monthly, specifically intended to support their academic needs. In the event that a student exceeds this limit, they are advised to reach out to the IT Department to get additional data. This approach ensures that students can maintain uninterrupted access to their studies, while also fostering responsible use of internet resources.

Guidelines for Responsible IT Use

ISGL's IT guidelines are designed to support an optimal learning environment and encourage responsible digital citizenship. Students are expected to adhere to these policies to contribute to a secure, respectful, and productive IT community.

ISGL's ITS team is committed to enhancing your academic journey with reliable technology support and resources. We encourage students to reach out with any IT-related inquiries or needs, ensuring a seamless and productive technology experience on campus.
