Academic Eligibility Requirements

A completed Graduate Certificate in Cyber Security course from an approved tertiary institution may apply for up to 48 credit points of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) towards the program.
Applicants with a bachelor’s degree (AQF 8 level) or higher in a related discipline may apply for up to 48 credit points of RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) towards the program.

  • Applicants must hold a recognised bachelor's degree or a higher award (Australian Qualifications Framework level 7 and above) from an approved tertiary institution.

English Language Eligibility Requirements

  • All applicants must have completed their education in English and must provide certified evidence.

OR

  • Applicants who have not completed their most recent education qualifications in English are required to take one of the following recognised formal English language tests and obtain the currently valid minimum scores as outlined below:
    1. Have completed the test no more than two years before the intended start date, and Minimum Requirements

  • Applicants can demonstrate an equivalent score on the Test of English as a Foreign Language TOEFL or an approved English language test.

Application Process

Step 1: Application

  • Email ISGL on admissions@isgl.com.au with your personal information, academic and professional background expressing interest in the program
  • Submit an online application via the link shared by ISGL admissions.
  • Upload all supporting documents in the online application.

Step 2: Evaluation and Interview
ISGL establishes a shortlist of potential applicants based on:

  • Past academic performance and other achievements
  • Past work experience
  • English language proficiency to ensure successful participation

All shortlisted applicants will be notified in writing by ISGL that their application has proceeded to the shortlist for interviews.

  • A personal interview with one of the members of the institution’s academic staff. The interview is designed to assess the applicant's communication skills, analytical skills, and aptitude.

Step 3: Admission Results

Applicants are emailed an admission decision approximately within 14 days after the evaluation interviews.
